This Garlic Peeling Machine Production Line is mainly used for garlic processing, cloves breaking and peeling in large quantity. The whole line includes elevator, garlic cloves separating machine, picking comveyor, garlic peeling machine and peeled garlic cloves picking conveyor, packing machine.

The garlic peeling production line also can be equipped with garlic slicing machine/dicing machine, bubble cleaning machine, air drying machine, and other equipment to realize garlic deep processing, like dehydrated garlic slices, garlic powder, mashed garlic, and other products. 

Garlic peeling production line transports the garlics through the stainless steel belt, and uses the compressed air to blow off the garlic skin, so as to achieve no damage garlics. The machines are made of stainless steel and durable. Dry peeling method does not require water, no pollution to the environment, in line with current environmental protection policies.
